Our heart is the hardest working organ in our body. It pumps blood to the body and to the lungs. Any abnormality may disrupt its ability to supply blood in the different vital body organs and may cause fatal consequences. Heart disease is a condition that affects the heart. It includes blood vessel diseases, heart rhythm problems and heart defects or abnormalities.
